The Guangdong Guangye Asset Management Limited Company (“Guangye”) was founded in 2000 with the authorization of the Guangdong provincial government. As a fully owned state enterprise, Guangye is responsible for the administration and management of certain state-owned asset as authorized by the government.

Business scope: asset administration and management; property rights administration and management; restructuring, optimization, transfer, and acquisition of asset and enterprises; investment and financing; management of ROI and re-investment; domestic and overseas related-party services and transactions; provincial government related services and transactions; and other authorized services and transactions.
